Credit card online payment info You can pay for an order placed on the site using a credit card online upon the placement of an order or afterwards from your personal account. Payment is processed instantly, at any time of the day or night without commissions or additional fees. Payments are made through FONDY, the official VISA and MasterCard service provider. Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) — the information security standard developed by the international Visa and MasterCard payment systems — is used to process card data. This ensures the secure processing of credit card details. The data transmission technology employed guarantees the security of all card transactions through the use of the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), Verified by Visa, MasterCard Secure Code protocols, which carry the highest level of protection. For online payment, you can use Visa, VisaElectron, MasterCard, Maestro. If your card is enrolled in 3D-Secure, your payment will be authorized using a one-time password. Please note that credit card details are not received or saved by your merchant. Entry and processing of confidential payment data is performed on the side of the processing center. No one, not even the seller, can get the details of your bank card, which guarantees complete security of money and personal data. To pay by credit card, you must fill in the fields on the payment form: 1. the card number (16 digits on the card’s front); 2. the cardholder’s name and surname (exactly as they are written on the card’s front) 3. the card’s expiration date, which is written on the card’s front. 4. the CVC / CVV number (3 digits, which are printed on the card’s back, on the signature strip); Payment cancellation For a full or partial refund of a payment to the card, you need to contact the WoWBoost.org website support. Normally, the funds will be returned to your card within 2-3 days. The exact duration of a payment refund depends on how long ago the order was placed and on the card’s issuing bank (the maximum refund period cannot exceed 30 days).
Refund Policy
1. 1. Return of funds due to incorrect or accidental payment. If you paid for the wrong service (different from the one you wanted), or if payment was accidentally duplicated (multiple payment for the same service). 2. Cancellation of a service. If you paid for a service but, for some reason, do not need that service anymore, or you simply changed your mind, it is possible to request a refund before that service is performed. Unfulfilled service or emergency. If we were unable to complete a service for any reason, we can offer an alternative solution to the problem: You may cancel your order after the start of the service and ask for a partial refund. In this case, the amount of the refund will be proportional to the proportion of the service that is unperformed. Substitution of one service with another (possibly multiple) costing less or the same as the service already paid for. A postponement of the service fulfillment, if you agree. If the service is replaced with a cheaper one, we will refund the difference between the replacement’s cost and the paid amount. Refund of the full amount if the service was not started. The Customer has the right to initiate a dispute within 30 days from the date of payment. Disagreements and misunderstanding. Attention If a service was delayed but completed we will offer some form of complimentary service but no refund is possible. If a service has already been started, we’ll refund only a part of the paid amount. Once a service had been 100% completed any kind of further compensation is impossible.
